1. Order Processing Time

At FBShirt, all our products are made-to-order just for you. This means that when you place an order, we print that exact item. Order processing typically takes 2 to 4 business days.

Note: Processing times may be slightly longer during peak holiday seasons.

2. Shipping Transit Times

Once your order has been printed and processed, it is handed over to our shipping carriers. Estimated transit times are as follows:

• United States (Domestic): 5 to 7 business days.
• Canada: 7 to 14 business days.
• International: 10 to 21 business days.

3. Flat-Rate Shipping Costs

To keep pricing simple and transparent, we provide a Standard Flat-Rate Shipping for all orders regardless of weight or size:

• United States (Domestic): $5.00 USD Flat Rate
• International: $9.95 USD Flat Rate

4. Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we will send an email with the tracking number and a link to trace the delivery. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking link to become active.

5. Incorrect Address

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is correct. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer will be responsible for the reshipment cost.
